2)no xerox copy is acceptable ie everytime you have to takeout a new printing.
3)the application should be forwarded to madurai, vishwa shanti bhawan only to allot application Number.( not to annamalai university at any cost )
4) it should be enclosed with a Demand draft for Rs 150/= favouring The director, DDE, Annamalai university payable at Chennai. .

CHECK - LIST

While sending filled up Application form pls. ensure that:
01. One degree certificate (Xerox copy duly attested by a gazette officer, either provisional or Marksheet or degree certificate)
02. One certificate to verify your name and date of birth (Xerox copy of TC of 10th or 12th std) duly attested by a gazette officer.
03. One passport size photograph to be affixed and duly attested by a gazette officer on the Application form.
04. Two stamp size or passport size color photos to be enclosed (without attestation) one for ID card and another for Scanning.
05. Two Demand Drafts favouring THe Director, DDE, Annamalai University, payable at Chennai from any bank ( for Rs. 3000/= and Rs. 500/)
06. Pls. don't forget to write your name, course code and Application number on the back of the DD drawn.
07. Pls. send your application along with the enclosures to the following address and not directly to the University.
